"I first met John in 2001 at the purchase of my property in Duke Street, Kensington. I was successful in the purchase and completely comfortable in the dealings I had with John. He conducted himself with honesty and integrity, and helped me through the initial trepidation of bring a first homebuyer. He has excellent communication skills making the purchase a smooth transition with all relevant details explained in full. I phoned him after hours and he answered every time to talk me through any questions I had. Nothing was too much trouble.
